CLBC Launches an Aging Tool Kit

CLBC is hosting an event on October 30th to build a better understanding of aging. The event is geared towards CLBC staff, self advocates, their families and support networks, service providers and health care practitioners. Our tool kit consists of: a new website called, Aware, Share, Care; a book of stories that celebrate aging; and, a planning guide for families, care providers, personal support networks and other supporters of adults with developmental disabilities who are getting older.
